Biography (short)
Schuyi Wang (born 2003.07) is a Chinese Pianist, which started learning piano at the age of 5 and became a middle-school student at famous Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing at the age of 14, after graduation she studying at University of Music and Theater in Leipzig, Germany.
Schuyi started taking part in the piano competition since she was 6 years old at Steinway piano competition in China, until now she is a prizes winner of 20+ Chinese and international competitions such as 1. Prize at Anton Rubinstein piano competition.
Schuyi is also a soloist with a variety of concert appearances ,who started her concert-career at the age of 8, with her first piano recital in Shenyang. Her concerts spread several cities in China, include Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shenyang, Liaoyang, Qingdao, Hainan and so on. Also performance in Sofia, Bulgaria and recitals in Stuttgart and Leipzig in Germany.

Schuyi started learning piano at the age of 5 with Jiatianze Liu ( Professor at Conservatory of Music Shenyang). From 2013 to 2019 she studied with Дроздов Юрий Анатольевич Drozdov Yury Anatolievich ( Professor at Glinka State Conservatory)
Since 14 years old she studied at Central Conservatory of Music Middle School in Beijing with Steinway artist Prof. Chun WANG.
After graduation she is studying Bachelor Piano in University of Music and Theatre "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" Leipzig with Prof. Christian A. Pohl.
Schuyi is a prizes-winner of 20+ both Chinese and International piano competition, below is the main-prize list:
*2016 - 1. Prize at Asia junior piano competition and festival.
*2017 - 1. Prize at Steinway piano competition.
*2019 - 1. Prize at GOCAA international piano competition
*2019 - 1. Prize and Grand Prix for a Mendelssohn LUP-85AA-125-K Model Piano at 7. International Mendelssohn Piano Competition
*2020 -1. Prize and Grand Prix for a Kingsburg 115 Model Piano at Kingsburg piano competition
*2020 -1. Prize at International Anton Rubinstein Piano Competition Düsseldorf Junior First Prize.
*2021 - 1. Prize at Steinway Piano Competition For Young Artists (Canada)
*2020 - 3. Prize at Competition for Young Pianists «Slobozhanska Fantasy» in Sumy Ukraine
*2021 - Special Mention at Young Euregio International Piano Competition in Geilenkirchen Germany
*2023 - Laureate at International Young Virtuosos competition in Sofia Bulgaria (EMCY)
*2023 - 2. Prize at Villafranca International Piano Competition
*2023 - Winner at both Solo and Concerto Competitions in Talents International Music Academy in Brescia, Italy
*2023 - Diploma at International Piano Competition “ Spanish composers” in Las Rozas, Spain (WFIMC)
*2024 - 1. Prize and the best Romantic performance Award at WPTA international piano competition in Madrid, Spain.
*2024 - Finalist and 1. Prize from the Young Jury Members at 15. Volodymyr Krainev International Piano Competition in Zürich, Schweiz
* Since Nov. 2023 she got the scholarship and concerts-support in Germany by Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now foundation.
*Since Feb. 2024 she signed with KNS Classical and released her solo Album.
Schuyi corporates as Pianist with several orchestras and conductors, such as Liaoning Symphony orchestra , Northwestern university Orchestra , Master Orchester , Kyiv Orchestra and so on.
Schuyi is a soloist with a variety of concert appearances. She started her concert-career at the age of 8, with her first piano recital in Shenyang. Her concerts spread several cities in China, include Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shenyang, Liaoyang, Qingdao, Hainan and so on. Also performance in Sofia in Bulgaria, Verona and Brescia in Italy and recitals in Stuttgart and Leipzig in Germany.
